September, Part II

 Sorry for the delay in getting this post up!  We've been busy around here.  Here's a glimpse at the second half of September.

 Grandma and Grandpa Reeder visited.  We enjoyed bird watching with them.

September was harvest time.  We enjoyed delicious pears from the pear tree at Grandma and Grandpa Dyer's home.

 The bell peppers were prolific and gorgeous.

September, Part 1

 Daddy celebrated his ??th birthday and Abby enjoyed celebrating it with him.

Abby helped Grandpa make mash potatoes for Daddy's birthday dinner: meatloaf!

Grandma made Daddy a carrot cake...mmm.

Lighting the candles isn't as interesting as the light overhead.

Abby wasn't impressed by Daddy's ability to blow out the candles; it took him several tries.

 Later that week, Abby enjoyed her first rib dinner.  Yum!

The turkeys are almost as big as Abby now!
